When I was first referred for PT by my physician I was skeptical it could help.   My knee arthritis had resulted in making skiing painful for me and I couldn’t ski many runs before I had to call it quits.

I was considering quitting skiing which would have been a great loss for me.  However after several sessions with Johnanna Sullivan, I was able to ski harder, stronger, and longer.  I was thrilled that physical therapy could be so effective in combating arthritis pain!   Johnanna was a great therapist and possessed the perfect combination of knowledge of ski specific training and the ability to motivate and inspire me.
I strongly recommend Optimal Sports and Johanna Sullivan in particular for anyone with the need to “get back in the game”.
